Take Out Your Dancing Shoes for the Tarte The Starlet Limited-Edition Makeup Vanity - Makeup and Beauty Blog
My neighbors probably don't need another reason to think I've completely lost my mind, but that didn't stop me from giving them another one today.
Since they already know that I take my cat out for walks on a leash, snap pictures of myself in the front chiliad, drive to the grocery shop wearing faux eyelashes, and periodically leap like this in the street, I figured heck — I accept zippo else to lose. Might as well take pics of myself dancing in forepart of the windows while I nail Footloose and try on Tarte'south new The Starlet Limited-Edition Makeup Vanity ($52). 🙂
If I only had an old VW Issues and an empty befouled, LOL! But more than on the movie in a few…
Every bit for The Starlet, a holiday kit containing makeup for eyes, lashes and cheeks, she really should exist handled with care. Within my first minute with it, I'd already scratched the mirrored height.
The eyeshadows and blushes range in paint from medium to full, which I like, but the powders are wild at heart! — as in incredibly powdery, and I observe them difficult to command. I found myself having to press the products pretty hard to become them to adhere to my skin for whatever length of time.
As beautiful as it is, the kit has some stiff selling points, like a wonderful array of wearable shades, only because of the powders, it would probably be best for beauties with a great deal of patience.
Cost: $52
AVAILABILITY: Available now at Sephora stores and also online
MAKEUP AND BEAUTY BLOG RATING: B
So, Footloose! 🙂
Maybe information technology's because I went into the theater with seriously low expectations, but I idea the new remake was slap-up! Information technology must've been fabricated by people who really loved the original, considering it's almost like a tribute film. It stays true to the spirit of the first flick with the aforementioned basic story, just freshened up with new faces and a few new twists. And the actors really piece of work it OUT! For me, the dude who played Willard totally steals the bear witness.
I left the theater singing… Seriously, what a great testify. Next time you're in the mood for a fun, experience-practiced movie that doesn't require a lot of brain power, Fancy-free!
Now I have a strong urge to go country line dancing. I've never washed it before, but it sure looked like a lot of fun in the picture.
Y'all wanna go?
Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,
Karen
